The Paraclete group had its beginnings at Kottayam in 1995 as a partnership firm founded by Jaison Joseph and Thomaskutty AJ, providing a wide range of construction solutions to our clients and delivering a whole lot of quality work. Our group, since then, has grown drastically in terms of both size and reputation. We have earned recognition for undertaking large complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technology and providing our clients with professional service that ensures quality and value. We have also successfully completed various projects in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

OUR STORY
1995
Founded as a partnership firm - Mariam Builders in Kottayam by Thomaskutty AJ and Jaison Joseph.
1997
Began our expansion to Karnataka, specialising in the construction of estate bungalows.
1998
Started our first major resort construction project - Orange County Resorts, Coorg (Present - Evolve Back Chikkana Halli Estate, Coorg )
2005
Began construction of Orange County Resorts, Kabini (Present - Evolve Back Kuruba Safari Lodge, Kabini )
2010
Started undertaking construction projects of DP World, Vallarpadam.
2011
Began construction of St. Francis Convent School, Palakkad.
2013
Started undertaking construction of Karunya villas, Pattimattom, an Ernakulam Angamly Diocese Project.
2019

We do everything attainable right from the inception stage, to adhere to all the required building necessities.

Jaison Joseph has been associated with Orange County Resorts and Hotels Limited, (presently Evolve Back Resorts) since 1995. He has successfully completed two of our projects, (a) Kabini — A Tribal Village Theme Project and (b) Evolve Back Coorg — Plantation Theme Project expansion with swimming pools in every cottage. He was found to be honest in his dealings with us and his commitment to time and quality of work was good.
